Hand-over of numbering function to Montenegro on November 30, 2007 With effective date November 30, 2007 numbering function will be handed over from WM Datenservice (Germany), the responsible Substitute Numbering Agency (SNA) for Montenegro, to the appointed National Numbering Agency, Central Depository Agency of Montenegro.
